Return Window

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Intimate apparel
- Accessories such as earrings
- Final sale or clearance items
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note:
- Customs & Taxes Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- Recommended Practice We advise using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Refunds do not include original shipping costs, customs duties, or international fees paid at checkout.

Exchanges
