Return Policy

At HOXO, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be free from stains, odors, perfumes, deodorants, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or damage.
  • Have all original packaging, accessories, inserts, dust bags, and labels intact.
  • Have all original HOXO woven labels, paper swing tags, branded hangtags, and product tags attached and undamaged.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

HOXO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
    Items purchased during special campaigns are marked “Final Sale.”
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products with missing, detached, altered, defaced, or damaged HOXO tags or labels.

Important Tag Policy:

For hygiene, authentication, and inventory-control reasons:
Any garment returned with removed, detached, torn, cut, damaged, defaced, replaced, altered, or missing HOXO paper tags, swing tags, woven labels, care labels, or branded identifiers will not qualify for a refund, exchange, store credit, or return approval.

Once a HOXO tag has been removed or damaged, the item is considered accepted by the customer and no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our Customer Care Team at customer@shophoxo.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include:
Order number
Full name
Contact information
Reason for return
Clear photographs of the item and tags

3. Wait for the return authorization from HOXO before shipping any item back.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender.
